摘要
在稀土镁合金专用熔剂覆盖和氩气保护下制备了Mg-7Gd-3Y、Mg-7Gd-3Y-0.5Zr两种合金。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射、室温力学测试对合金的显微组织与力学性能进行了分析,研究了Zr元素对合金晶粒大小及铸态力学性能的影响。结果表明,Zr可以极大地细化Mg-7Gd-3Y合金的晶粒;Zr元素的添加,使合金铸态下的抗拉强度和伸长率均得到了较大提高。
Mg-7Gd-3Y and Mg-7Gd-3Y-0.5Zr magnesium alloy were prepared under the combined protection of magnesium melting cover solvent and argon.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were analyzed by optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis and tensile test.The effects of Zr on the grain size and room temperature tensile properties of the as-cast alloy were investigated.The results show that Zr addition can immensely refine the grain size,greatly enhance tensile strength and elongation percentage of the as-cast alloy.
