一种新型球墨铸铁孕育剂的研制

Development of A New Type of Ductile Iron Inoculant

通过向硅钙中添加一定量的Bi2O3、FeS和Fe2O3,制成一种新型的球墨铸铁孕育剂。通过Ca-Bi-S-O的配合作用,大幅增加了球墨铸铁的石墨球数,改善了球墨铸铁的基体组织和力学性能,尤其是伸长率得到了明显的提高。另外,通过改变该孕育剂的加入量,确定出该孕育剂的最佳加入量是0.1%。

By adding Bi2O3,FeS and Fe2O3 into calcium silicon,a new type of ductile iron inoculants was developed.By Ca-Bi-S-O coordination role,the number of graphite nodules greatly increases,the base structure and mechanical properties improves,especially,the elongation increases obviously.In addition,by changing the amount of the inoculant,it is determined that the optimal dosage of the inoculants is 0.1%.
