摘要
根据减速器下箱体结构特点设计了该零件的铸造工艺,利用ViewCast软件对设计方案进行了数值模拟,模拟结果显示,在上表面较厚部位、量油孔及齿轮槽肋处易产生缩松、缩孔等缺陷;在相应部位设置冷铁仍有缺陷;继续对工艺进行改进,增大相应部位的冷铁厚度,增设冷铁,上表面上的缺陷完全消除。
According to the structural characteristics of lower case,the casting process of the part was designed and simulated using View Cast software,the simulation results show that there are shrinkages and other defects in the thicker parts of surface,the hole for amounting volume of oil and the rib through gear;using chillers in the position,there are also shrinkages and other defects;by increasing the thickness of the chillers and the number of chiller,there are not shrinkages and other defects in the position.
