摘要 为改善钢锭头部保温性能,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对模铸低合金钢凝固过程的温度场进行了数值模拟。重点讨论了绝热板热导率、发热板生热率对钢锭头部保温性能的影响。结果表明,绝热板热导率符合保温材料的性能指标;将发热板生热率调整为不低于5.185×107 W/m3时能满足钢锭头部保温要求。 To improve the thermal insulating properties of ingot head,the temperature distribution of low alloy steel in the solidification process was simulated by finite element software ANSYS.The effects of thermal conductivity of insulated panel and heat values of heating sheet on the thermal insulation performance of the ingot head were discussed.The results show that the thermal conductivity of insulated panel could meet the performance index of insulation material,while,by adjusting heat values of heating sheet to more than 5.185 × 107 W/m3,the thermal insulation of the ingot head could meet the requirements.
