摘要 根据车门外板的实际形状和实践经验,为零件添加了工艺补充面和压料面,并建立了车门外板的有限元模型。使用Dynaform对车门外板冲压变形的整个过程进行数值模拟,通过分析结果优化了压边力和拉深筋锁料力。为该零件的模具设计和修改提供了可靠的仿真工具和良好的思路,也为CAE技术在覆盖件模具设计中的应用和推广打下了基础。 Based on practical experience and part figure,the addendum profile for the part was added and the finite element model of the part was founded.The whole process of stamping deformation was simulated by Dynaform.By comparing the simulation results,the binder force and drawbead force were optimized.The simulation results can offer a reliable emulation tool and good way of thinking for the design and modification of the part's die.At the same time,the base of application and extension of CAE technology in die design of auto panels was established.
