铜扁线连续挤压缺陷分析及工模具的优化 被引量:6

摘要 针对铜材厂连续挤压铜扁线出现的几种常见缺陷,通过DEFORM软件进行铜扁线连续挤压过程模拟。对连续挤压过程中出现的坯料后移,坯料咬入困难、坯料拱起以及产生溢料等缺陷问题进行数值模拟分析,进而找出切实可行的解决方案,如挤压轮轮槽的改进、堵头的改进和工艺参数的优化等,缩短了试验周期,大大降低实验成本;用于生产实践,克服了缺陷,生产出了合格产品,取得了良好的经济效益。 In view of common defects of copper flat wire in copper material factory,the continuous extrusion was simulated using finite element analysis software DEFORM.The defects in continuous extrusion,such as backward shift,difficult biting,heaving and overflowing of billet,were analyzed by numerical simulation,then feasible solving measures were found out,for instance,the improvement of wheel groove and plug structure,optimization of process parameters.All the improvement schemes cut down testing period,greatly reduce experiment cost;using the optimal process,the defects are resolved,the qualified products are produced,the excellent economic benefit is received.
