摘要
以某新型号汽车的冲压配件为研究对象,采用弹塑性有限元法分析其成形性能,发现局部存在起皱、破裂等成形缺陷;通过优化工艺及模具设计,零件成形质量有了明显改善。针对数值分析后的模型,采用激光选区烧结法快速制作零件及凹模的实体原型。利用此原型件可以对产品设计进行直观评价或制作简易模具,能有效提高零件及模具设计效率和质量。
Based on the metal stamping part of a new type car,its stamping formability was analyzed by elastoplastic finite element method.The forming defects,such as wrinkling and breaking,were detected in the sheet steel.After the optimization of stamping process and die design,the forming quality evidently improved.The rapid prototypes of the part and its die were fabricated by selective laser sintering(SLS),a rapid prototyping technique.The visual assessment to the product design and manufacture of simple mould could be made with the rapid prototypes,which could improve the efficiency and quality of the part and its die design.
