摘要 综述HtrA1丝氨酸蛋白酶的结构、功能、在正常组织和器官中的表达,以及在年龄相关性黄斑病变、妊娠期高血压疾病、恶性肿瘤、骨关节炎等相关疾病中的最新进展。加强对HtrA1丝氨酸蛋白酶的研究,以了解更多的生物学功能和分子机制,为广泛的临床实践提供理论依据。
