肺部肿瘤新型靶向治疗药物的研究进展
摘要
肿瘤已成为威胁人类健康的杀手之一,传统的化疗方法作为治疗肿瘤的有效措施已经达到平台期.
目前以表皮，上长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR）和血管内皮生长因子受体（vascular endothelial growth factor receptor，VEGFR）为靶点的靶向治疗药物在肺部肿瘤的治疗中得到了广泛应用并取得了良好的疗效，
