维生素A对弹性蛋白酶所致大鼠肺气肿的防治作用 被引量:4

摘要 肺气肿和慢性气道炎症是COPD的主要病理改变,也是造成COPD患者不完全可逆性气流受限的主要原因.维生素A的衍生物维甲酸具有逆转弹性蛋白酶所致大鼠肺气肿的作用,我们在证实维生素A能够促进弹性蛋白酶所致大鼠肺气肿的肺泡壁细胞增殖并抑制其凋亡的基础上,进一步观察维生素A对大鼠实验性肺气肿的防治作用,并初步探讨维生素A对基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)中MMP-2和MMP-9的影响.
