摘要
介绍了利用具有模糊自整定PID控制功能的AI-808人工智能温度控制器、触摸屏和PLC组成的控制系统,实现了热型连铸过程中的温度、液位高度和牵引速度控制。实践表明,该系统具有操作简单、运行可靠、开发周期短、人机界面友好、能经受恶劣环境的考验和使用方便等优点。
This article introduced the control system which was composed by the fuzzy self regulating PID control functioned AI-808 artificial intelligence temperature controller and the touchscreen and PLC for controlling the OCC process temperature,and the melt surface altitude and the pulling speed.The practice indicated that the system has the advantages on the simplicity of operating and reliability on movement and the short cycle of development and friend interface on the man-machine contact as well as undergoing the severe working circumstance.
