制备块体非晶合金高真空熔炼吸铸工艺装置的改进 被引量:1

摘要 指出此前块体非晶合金吸铸工艺制备过程中存在的主要问题,即难以或无法掌控合金熔体温度和吸铸时机,影响制备块体非晶合金的质量和成功率。为此作者对吸铸工艺中重要环节进行了结构和工艺上的改进,从而解决了制备块体非晶合金成功率低这一关键问题。改进后的吸铸制备工艺成功率由原来不足30%提高到了95%以上,取得了显著的效果。 In this article,the major problems have been described and analyzed on the processes in fabrication of bulk metallic glasses.Due to the complicate of the melting and casting processes,the optimum of the melting and casting temperature are hard to control to obtain the entire bulk metallic glasses of the alloys.Through devising and changing the melting and casting equipment structure,the key problems of low success rate and low quality in fabrication of bulk metallic glasses have been solved successfully.Its success rate and quality have been improved effectively from less than 30% into more than 95%.
