摘要
采用MS培养方法,分别用不同浓度NaCl和NaHCO3(0、10、20和30mmol·L-1)对二倍体马铃薯试管苗进行胁迫,研究了3个耐盐(NaCl)无性系试管苗受NaHCO3胁迫时的生长状况。结果表明:当采用NaCl处理时,随着胁迫强度的增加,这3个二倍体无性系芽和根长及其鲜样质量和干样质量6个生长参数呈先升高后降低的趋势,NaHCO3处理时,这6个生长参数呈降低的趋势,降低幅度大于NaCl处理。同一浓度下,同一材料受NaHCO3伤害作用远大于NaCl伤害。
Plantlets in vitro of three clones,which were previously selected out for their high salt (NaCl)tolerance,were investigated under various levels(0,10,20 and 30 mmol · L-1)of NaHCO3 and NaCl for their growth parameters,shoot length,root length,shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight,shoot dry weight and root dry weight. With increase in the level of NaCl,values of the six growth parameters for the three diploid potatoes were increased,and then deceased. However for NaHCO3,they were kept on to be deceased. The values of growth parameters under NaHCO3 stress were dropped more compared with NaCl. For the same clone,NaHCO3 would do more harm than NaCl under the same concentration.
