摘要 目的:探讨大鼠单侧睾丸扭转对未扭转侧睾丸生精功能的影响及N-甲基-L-精氨酸(L-NMMA)对未扭转侧睾丸早期损伤的保护作用。方法:21只健康雄性青春期前SD大鼠随机均分为假手术对照组(A组,n=7)、睾丸扭转复位组(B组,n=7)和睾丸扭转复位+静脉注射L-NMMA组(C组,n=7)。按Turner法建立睾丸扭转模型,喂养至术后7 d时处死,即刻采集各组大鼠未扭转侧睾丸标本,测定睾丸组织丙二醛(MDA)水平、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量,同时进行组织病理学观察。结果:与B组相比,C组MDA值、NO、NOS、IL-6含量明显下降,病理学上表现为平均曲细精管直径明显升高,而睾丸结构评分则明显偏低,两组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:L-NMMA通过抑制NO及NOS的产生,减轻大鼠单侧睾丸扭转复位后对侧睾丸的早期损害。 Objective:To investigate the influence of unilateral testicular torsion on the contralateral testicular spermatogenetic function and the protective effects of L-NMMA in early stage of contralateral testis injury.Methods:Twenty-one prepubertal Sprague-Dawley rats were equally randomly divided into Group A(sham-operation control),B(torsion/detorsion)and C(torsion/detorsion plus injection of L-NMMA),7 rats in each group.The testicular torsion/detorsion model was established with the Turner method.All the rats were fed under the same condition for 7 days and sacrificed,and all the right(untwisted)testis were removed from rats.Then the biochemical parameters,such as malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)activ-ity and interleukin 6(IL-6)were evaluated;histology and seminiferous tu-bule diameters were assessed.Results:Compared with Group B(torsion/detorsion),the biochemical parameters,includ-ing the level of MDA,NO,NOS and IL-6 in Group C(torsion/detorsion plus injection of L-NMMA) decreased significantly while the mean seminiferous tubular diameter of contralateral testis and histological grades maintained in a better condition.Conclusion:By inhibition of tissue NO/NOS production,L-NMMA can reduce the damages on contralateral testis of prepubertal rats with unilateral testicular torsion during the early period.
