原发性输尿管癌80例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:总结原发性输尿管癌的临床表现,为其早期诊断提供经验。方法:回顾性分析1997年11月至2008年1月我院收治的80例原发性输尿管癌患者资料。结果:80例患者中病理诊断为输尿管腺癌2例,鳞癌4例,移行上皮癌74例。输尿管移行上皮癌患者G1级15例,G2级42例,G3级17例;1期21例,2期19例,3期患者30例,4期患者4例。移行上皮癌患者术后中位生存时间(33.0±2.8)个月,低分期与高分期患者中位生存时间差异有显著性[(42.0±8.7)vs(11.0±2.5)个月,P<0.05]。非移行上皮癌患者生存时间仅略短于高分期移行上皮癌患者,两者差异无显著性[(8.6±4.2)vs(11.0±2.5)月,P>0.05]。根治性肾输尿管切除术与输尿管端端吻合或膀胱输尿管再植患者的中位生存时间差异无显著性[(34.0±7.1)vs(31.0±3.0)个月,P>0.05]。结论:原发性输尿管癌早期诊断困难,预后较差。泌尿外科医师要注意对于高龄血尿患者的筛查。
