大动脉炎合并肾小球疾病七例临床分析
摘要
大动脉炎（Takayasu’s arteritis，TA）是主动脉及其主要分支的慢性、进行性、且常为闭塞性的肉芽肿性炎症。该病好发于青年女性，病因不详。因受累血管的不同而有不同临床类型，其中以头、臂动脉受累引起的上肢无脉症最多见，
