乳腺癌中pS2、PSA与其他预后因素的相关性 被引量:1

Relationship of pS2 protein and PSA with other prognosis-related factors in breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌中雌激素调节蛋白(pS2)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)与其他预后因素的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例乳腺癌中pS2和PSA的表达,分析其与临床、病理资料的关系。结果 52例乳腺癌中pS2阳性表达率65.38%(34/52),PSA阳性表达率61.53(32/52)。pS2、PSA表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关;与组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论 检测pS2蛋白和PSA表达有益于决定治疗及判断预后。 Objective To study the relationship of estrogen regulated protein,pS2,and prostate specific antigen(PSA) with other prognosis-related factors in breast cancer.Methods The expressions of pS2 and PSA were detected by immunohistochemistry in 52 patients with breast cancer.The relationship of expressions of pS2 and PSA and clinicopathologic data was analyzed.Results The positive rate of pS2 protein was 65.38%(34/52) and that of PSA was 61.53%(32/52) in 52 breast cancers.The expressions of pS2 protein and PSA were not related to age or tumor size,but negatively corrrelated to histological grade and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Detection of the expressions of pS2 and PSA is helpful in making therapeutic decision and predicting the prognosis.
