江宁经济技术开发区启动区再开发初探

Discussion on the Promoter Region Re-development of Jiangning Economic-Technological Development Zone

开发区启动区是开发区在开发时间和空间上的先发区域,也是目前开发区二次创业的重点区域,在国家宏观政策调控及开发区自身发展需要的驱动下,对这类空间的研究具有很强现实意义。本文以江宁经济技术开发区为典型案例,梳理其发展历程,阐述启动区再开发的必要性,评价其启动区在功能、空间、景观等方面的再开发现状,最后阐述了政府、市场、企业和政策等要素对启动区再开发的推动作用。

As the first development area in time and space,the promoter region of development zone is the key area of re-development currently.Based on the background of national macroeconomic control and the self-development need of development zones,research on such space has strong practical significances.Taking Jiangning Economic-Technological Development Zone as a typical case,this paper combs its development process,illustrates the need for re-development,analyzes the actuality of re-development in the aspects of function,space,environment and timing point of the promoter region.Finally,the author separately analyzes the impetus of the government,the market,enterprises and policies to the promoter region re-development.
