肝纤维化是肝硬化的病理学基础,早期诊断肝纤维化对防止肝硬化具有十分重要的意义。本文就血清学指标、影像学指标、组织学活检及参数模型诊断肝纤维化研究进展进行综述。

Liver fibrosis is the basic pathology of cirrhosis so early diagnosis of liver fibrosis is vital to the prevention of cirrhosis.Here we reviewed the progressof diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis by serological indices,imaging examinations,liver biopsy and models including several other indexes/indices.
