摘要
人才是企业兴盛之基、发展之本。当今世界科学技术迅猛发展,人才状况在国力较量和企业竞争中越来越具有决定性作用,人才竞争日趋激烈,人才资源已成为最重要的战略资源。本文提出将"80/20效率法则"应用于人力资源管理,通过加强电网企业关键人才队伍建设来带动和激发广大职工的积极性和创造性,从而促进电网企业人力资源整体水平的提高。
Talent is the foundation of a nation′s development and prosperity.Science and technology developing so fast,the state of talent plays an increasingly important role in the contest of comprehensive national power and market competition.Thus human resource has become a vital strategic source.The ″80/20 Efficiency Law″ put forward should be applied into human resource management to drive and stimulate all the staff′s creativity and enthusiasm by enhancing key talent group construction in power enterprises so that the whole level of the human resource of power enterprises can be promoted.
