摘要
由于长期以来人们主要关注创新人才内涵的研究,对于创新人才的成长规律,以及创新人才成长的影响因素等方面尚缺乏系统性分析,这些问题阻碍着创新人才培养的进程。要使我国创新人才培养理论得到进一步发展,就需要加强实证研究,并重视研究成果的实际应用价值,这也是未来创新人才培养研究的方向。
People have been mainly focusing on the connotation of innovative talents for a long time, and there is little systematic research on patterns and influencing factors of innovative talents growth, which hinders the development of innovative talents. Strengthening empirical studies in the methods and paying more attention to the practical application of research results can support innovative talent training in China, and it is also the future direction of research in cultivating innovative talents.
