摘要
随着人们对自然界规律认识的不断加深以及现代科技的迅猛发展,越来越多的人工调控技术和设施被应用到茶的加工工艺中来。本文主要分析清香型乌龙茶空调做青设备及加工的关键技术。
With further deepening of cognizance on the regularities of nature and rapid development of modern technology,more and more artificial regulation technologies and facilities have been applied onto tea processing.This paper has mainly analyzed the key technologies and equipment for fen-flavor Oolong tea processing by means of air-conditional green-making system.
