摘要
用水热合成和离子交换方法合成了新的柱撑阴离子粘土Zn2Al-SiW9Mn3,通过XRD、IR、DTA、元素分析等手段对其进行了表征.研究表明,合成的杂多阴离子柱撑粘土的通道高度为1.00nm,红外光谱显示了Keggin结构阴离子的特征振动峰,柱撑产物的热稳定性高于其前驱体,在马来酸环氧化反应中显示了较高的催化活性.
A New pillared anionic clay Zn 2Al SiW 9Mn 3 was synthesized by means of hydrothermal ion exchange reaction of [Zn 2Al(OH) 6]NO 3· x H 2O (Zn 2Al NO 3) with [SiW 9Mn 3O 37 (H 2O) 3] 10- (abbreviated as SiW 9Mn 3). The synthesized products were characterized by XRD, IR, DTA and elemental analysis. The XRD patterns of the samples showed that the anion clay precursor possesses a good crystallinity and a regular layered structure and the new anionic clay synthesized is a layered compound with the gallery height of 1.0 nm. The IR spectra showed that the Keggin structure heteropolyanion SiW 9Mn 3 almost replaces the interlayer NO - 3 and retains their Keggin structure. The DTA analyses showed the thermostability of samples in the following order is: Zn 2Al SiW 9Mn 3>Zn 2Al NO - 3. The catalysis of the new pillared clay in the epoxidation of maleic acid also studied.
