摘要
目的:建立乌梅炭的特征图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法以Hypersil ODS(250mm×4.6mm ID:5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-缓冲液(pH2.8)梯度洗脱,流速0.6mL.min-1,检测波长225nm,柱温30℃。结果:10批不同来源的乌梅炭特征图谱相似度较高,利用"中药色谱特征图谱相似度评价软件"生成了乌梅炭的对照特征图谱,共有17个特征峰。结论:采用HPLC特征图谱技术可以有效地控制乌梅炭的质量。
OBJECTIVE To study and establish the fingerprint of charred fructus Mume carbon by HPLC. METHODS The study was under-went by using HPLC detection method equipped with Hypersil ODS column (5μm, 4. 6 mm × 250 mm), and by using methanol-buffer solution(pH 2. 8) as mobile phase gradient elution, flow rate was 0. 6 mL-min^-1, UV detector was set at 225 nm, column temperature was at 30℃. RESULTS The ten samples from different habitats were of high similarities. The standard fingerprint of charred fruetus Mume carbon was originated from the"Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software, and 17 characteristic peaks existed in the fingerprint. CONCLUSION The HPLC fingerprint method can be used in the quality control of charred fructus Mume carbon.
