摘要 为了规划机械系统的运动轨迹,优化设计参数,以及开发上位机监控界面,研究了一个运动仿真系统.三维模型基于三维CAD软件SolidWorks建立,用OpenGL作为三维图形的接口,运动仿真软件以Windows操作系统为开发平台,采用Visual C++6.0的MFC为开发环境.详细讨论了实现运动仿真的一些关键技术,并开发了仿真软件.仿真结果证明了这种方法的可行性,对其它动态过程的三维仿真也有一定的意义. In order to plan the trajectory,optimize the designing parameters and develop the upper machine supervisory interface of the computer supervisory system for the mechanical system,a motion simulation system is studied.The three-dimensional model is built by the model tool of SolidWorks.Through data format conversion,the model is imported into OpenGL.The motion simulation software is developed by MFC of Visual C++6.0,which is supported by the Windows operating system.Some key technology of the motion simulation is discussed in detail and the simulation software is developed.The feasibility of the method is proved by the simulation result,and the application of the method in the system also offers the valuable reference for other applications.
