人才培养方案是学校组织一切教学活动和从事教学管理的重要依据,是一所学校的教育理念和教学思想的集中体现。广东工业大学根据"夯实基础、拓宽口径、注重素质、强化能力、突出特色"的思路,构建了素质、知识、能力三位一体的培养模式。2010版人才培养方案注重对创新精神和实践能力的培养,让毕业生成为既掌握土木工程学科的基本理论和基本知识,又获得工程师基本训练的应用型创新人才。

Talent training scheme is the main basis of all teaching activities and education management,which reflects the educational philosophy and teaching ideas.According to the principle ＂solid foundation,expand caliber,pay attention to quality,strengthen the capacity and outstanding features＂,we set up training trinity-model including quality,knowledge and ability.In order to make civil engineering graduates not only grasp the basic theory and basic subject knowledge,but also access to basic training of engineers,they will be application-innovative talents.Training scheme of the 2010 edition attaches importance to the overall quality of the students,practical ability and creative ability.
