摘要
研究了Ce3+对离体豚鼠心房收缩、离体豚鼠乳头肌及在体大白鼠心肌动作电位的影响。浓度为005mmol·L-1的Ce3+溶液可抑制豚鼠右心房的自律性和左心房的收缩。01和02mmol·L-1Ce3+溶液对豚鼠乳头肌动作电位时程影响不显著。04mmol·L-1Ce3+对乳头肌动作电位时程有显著影响。长期用高浓度Ce3+溶液饲养大白鼠,其心率显著降低,心肌动作电位时程显著增长,零相上升最大速率显著降低;
The effect of Ce3+
on cardiac muscle of rat and guinea pig was studied. In vitro, 005 mmolL-1 Ce3+ inhibited the
contraction of guinea pig atria. The change of action potential duration(APD) of guinea pig
myocardium exposed to 04 mmolL-1 Ce3+ was significant, and that exposed to 01 and 02
mmolL-1 Ce3+ was insignificant. Contrast to the control group, the APD of rat cardiac muscle
after long time exposure to Ce3+ was significantly delayed in high dose, and that was
insignificantly delayed in low dose. The results suggested that Ce3+ with long time exposure
might affect the influx of Ca2+, Na+ and outflow of K+ for rat cardiac muscle.
