根据中小学教师继续教育的需求,应用通信网络技术和Java编程技术,设计开发了山东省中小学教师教育信息管理系统,实现了对全省中小学教师基础信息的录入、管理与查询、学分登记与查询等功能,为中小学教师教育信息化管理奠定良好基础.本文详细介绍了信息管理系统设计与实现的技术方案,并对系统的组织管理模式和用户权限设置等功能进行了讨论.

According to the needs of teachers continuing education,applied communication network technology and Java programming technology,design and development of teachers in Shandong Province Education Information Management System,implemented on the basis of the province＇s primary and secondary school teachers in information input,management and query,credits registration and query functions,for primary and secondary teacher education has laid a good foundation of information management.This paper describes the design and implementation of information management technology solutions,and system management mode and user permission settings and other functions are discussed.
