摘要
研究了小麦种子用Ce拌种后,在06%NaCl盐胁迫条件下萌发生长及对其根系线粒体功能的影响。Ce可降低因盐胁迫而升高的O÷2,·OH的水平,使脂质氢过氧化物含量和膜流动性趋于正常,提高因盐胁迫而降低的线粒体呼吸和氧化磷酸化活性。说明Ce具有保护盐胁迫下小麦根系线粒体功能的作用,其机制可能是Ce3+,Ce4+清除了O÷2,并降低了·OH的水平,从而减少了脂质过氧化作用和活性氧对蛋白质的毒害作用。
In order to
clarify the effects of cerium on mitochondria of wheat under salinity stress and the mechanism
of rare earth enhancing salinity resistane of wheat, the function of mitochondria in roots of
wheat seedlings, which were growing in 06% NaCl solution after dressing seeds with cerium
was studied. The results show that cerium reduces levels of O2 and OH which have been raised
by salinity stress, and makes content of lipid hydroperoxide and fluidity of membrane tend to
normal states, and enhances activities of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation. It indicates
that cerium protects functions of mitochondria in roots of wheat seedlings. Protective
mechanism may be that cerium scavenges O2, therefore, the levels of O2 and OH transformed
from O2 are decreased, thus lipid peroxidation and toxic effects of active oxygen on protein are
lessened. As a result, functions of mitochondria are on relatively normal levels.
