Statistics and analysis of recent activities carried out by the QC groups of an enterprise show that QC group＇s activities of learning and applying advanced science and technology can motivate staff enthusiasm and creativity,improve their scientific thinking capability,coordination ability,and capacity of analyzing and solving problems,thereby enhance staff＇ quality and make them professional.
