摘要
人本主义教育理论以"以人性为本位",以自我完善的人格理想为核心,以"完整的人"的发展为最基本的价值取向,把教育的重心由教师转向了学生。大学课程的设置应借鉴人本主义的教育思想,重塑课程设置的理念,调整课程设置的结构,更新课程设置的内容,改善课程实施的策略,转变课程评价的定位,优化高等教育的课程设置,为实现学生个性化的发展提供有利条件和有力保障。
Humanistic education theory, which is humanity- oriented, mainly focuses on per- fecting themselves for ideal character, taking integrity as the basic value and shifting the core of curriculum from teachers to students. University curriculum is well -advised to imply the humanis- tic education theory to remodel curriculum concept, to adjust the curriculum structure, to update curriculum content, to improve curriculum implementing strategies, to transform evaluation of cur- riculum and to optimize the courses of higher education, thus providing a favorable condition and a powerful guarantee for the individual development of students.
