According to different situations of the different versions of FIDIC contract terms（silver book and red book）,this paper analyses different countermeasures adopted in the pricing and claim link of an engineering by contractor,and points out that the contractor should take flexible and targeted strategy to protect their own rights under the condition of different contract versions.
