摘要
本文介绍了以水合肼、乙酸乙酯为起始原料合成 2—巯基— 5甲基— 1 ,3,4噻二唑的新工艺 ,探讨了最佳反应条件 ,全程收率可达到 5 7%以上 。
The paper reports a new synthetic technology of the title compound by hydrazine hydrate with ethyl acetate. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained. The yield is 57%. And the products accord with the C.K.D standard of Korea.
