摘要
利用 SDS—PAGE分析了当前黑龙江省 38个主要小麦品种及品系的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成 ,按照 Payne等人的评分方法 ,计算了其 Glu-1品质得分 .黑龙江省小麦的 Glu- 1评分的平均数为 7.79分 ,高于全国的平均水平 ,主要是黑龙江省小麦品种中 1和 2 * 亚基的频率较高 .但黑龙江省播种面积较大的主栽品种均不含有 5 + 1 0亚基 .
The hight molecular weight (HMW) glutenin subunits of 38 varieties grown in Heilongjiang province were analysed by SDS-PAGE. The Glu-1 quality score was calculated for each variety base on the quality rating system of Payne and co-workers. The average score is 7.79. The average score is higher than whole Chinese-grown wheat varieties because the frequency of subunits 1 and 2 * of wheat varieties grown in Hielongjiang province is very high. But there is no subunits 5+10 in main cultivars grown in Heilongjiang province. In this paper, we discussed the method for developing new cultivars with improved bread-making quality in Heilongjiangprovince.
