随着知识经济时代的到来,青年自尊自立自主的意识增强,因此组织大学生进行自主管理乃是高校教育适应现代社会对人才培养要求的重要措施。自主管理有利于培养大学生的创新素质。本文从理论与实践相结合的角度,探索如何更好、更多地培养和提高大学生的自主管理能力,创建一个和谐的班集体。

With the coming of the knowledge-oriented economy age,the youth＇s self-esteem,self-support,and self-regulated awareness is growing. Therefore,self-management organization of the college students is an important measure for the higher education to meet the personnel training requirements in modern society.It is conducive to the students＇ innovative quality.The paper starts from the angle of the combination of theory and practice,exploring how to increase the students＇ self-management ability better,and creating a harmonious class collective.
