高职院校创业实践基地建设的探索与实践——以常州纺院为例

Exploration and Practice of Construction of Innovative Undertaking Base of Vocational College——Taking CZTGI as an Example

高校创业实践基地是沟通大学与社会的桥梁,尤其对高职院校而言,绝大部分学生大学毕业后面临的是就业,从事的是企业一线的实操工作,高校的创业基地恰恰能够使学生提前体验社会,感受工作岗位,从而提升学生的从业竞争能力。本文结合常州纺院几年来创办创业实践基地的经验,从高职院校创办创业实践基地的思路来源、指导思想、建设途径三个方面进行了归纳和总结。

Innovative undertaking base of universities is the bridge connecting universities,esp,vocational college,and society.Most students are going to take up an occupation as a worker after their graduation.The students could experice working in companies through the base to improve their competitive strength.With the experience of the construction of the innovative undertaking base of CZTGI,the idea source,the instruction thought and the construction way are concluded and smmarized in this article.
