Human resource is the premier resource of development of the enterprise,and the team constraction of trainer is the fundamental element for training enterprise.Intergrated with actual work,with regard to the diversified construction of teaching staff,the culticate ways of trainer＇s team and the construction of full-time and part-time educational team,this paper is mainly concerned with systematic description and analysis and accordingly proposes the concrete measures and solutions.
