摘要
系统论下的"顶岗——置换"模式效应分析,是为了深刻探析高职院校人才培养模式创新的关键要素。本文以系统论的方法分析了广东外语艺术职业学院"顶岗——置换"模式的整体"共赢"局面,指出了系统各要素对整体效应的制约作用,给出了保障整体效应的反思和建议。
Under the system of Position-Replacement and its overall effects,is to deep analasis the patterns of personnel training of the key elements of innovation.In this paper,under the systems analysis to the pattern of Position——Replacement of Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language andArts.It points out the effects of various elements of the constraints and given the reflection and recommendations to guarantee lthe overall effect.
