Research into Employment Based on Cobweb Model

蛛网模型是西方经济学中一个著名的动态模型,利用蛛网模型分析专业人才市场的供给与需求的关系,意在研究蛛网模型对就业问题的实用性。在原蛛网模型中引入其他变量因素,改进得到优化后的蛛网模型,代入数据分析得知优化后的模型更具有合理性及实用性,更能符合目前人才市场的供给与需求关系,为高校进行合理的专业配置提供一个更加有效的依据。

Cobweb model is a well known dynamic model in western economics. This paper uses cobweb model to analyze the relation of supply and demand of professional talent market in order to study the practicability of cobweb model on employment issue. Other variable factors are incorporated into primitive cobweb model and optimized cobweb model is obtained by improvement, then data are introduced into the cobweb model, and analysis indicates that optimized cobweb model is more reasonable and practical and is more fitting for the relationship between supply and demand of talent market, which provide more effective reference for reasonably specialized course arrangement of colleges and universities.
