摘要 "90后"大学生逐渐成为各高校的学生主体,他们的成熟程度受到社会各界的普遍关注。在相关问题的研究中,仁者见仁、智者见智。根据行为学家阿吉瑞斯的"成熟-不成熟"理论,结合高等教育的实践经验,从定性和定量分析两个角度,综合运用层次分析法(Analgtic Hierarchy Process)和坎蒂雷赋权法,(AmalKantiray)对"90后"大学生成熟度进行评价分析,以期探索一种比较科学的方法。 As post- 90s students gradually become the subjects of colleges and universities, their maturity is generally concerned by the society. With regard to the relevant studies, different scholars have different opinions. According to behavior scholar Chris Argyris's theory of mature - not mature and practical experience in university, from qualitative and quantitative perspective, the author comprehensively uses analytic hierarchy process and Amal Kantiray's weighting method to make evaluation and analysis on maturity degree of the college students who were born after the 1990s in order to explore a relatively scientific method for the evaluation.
