摘要
东坪水电站机组自投产起即在高、低负荷区存在异常振动和冲击噪声,严重影响到机组安全稳定运行和发电效益,甚至危及到厂房和大坝的安全。为查明异常振动的原因、改善机组运行状态,电厂、试验单位及厂家联合开展了试验研究工作,通过协联优化成功解决了部分负荷的严重振动和冲击噪声,改善了机组的运行,可见协联优化是提高灯泡贯流式水轮机的运行稳定性的有效手段之一。本文简要介绍优化灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组运行稳定性的试验成果,为开展这方面的研究工作提供参考。
Since its start of operation,the Dongping hydropower station has suffered from serious abnormal vibrations and impact noises in the high-load and low-load modes,which is a threat to the safety,reliability and efficiency of the units,and even to the safety of the plant and dam.To identify the causes and alleviate this problem,the power plant,pump testing agency and manufacturer carried out an experimental study and through a combined condition optimization they succeeded in mitigating these vibrations and noises in some of the load conditions.This shows that combined optimization is an effective mean to improve the stability of bulb-type hydro generating set.This paper summarizes the main results and provides a reference for the research in this field.
