棒材生产线穿水区域除雾装置的设计

摘要 昆钢棒线厂80万吨棒材生产作业区生产时产生雾汽,对操作人员和设备危害较大,并可造成3#飞剪信号中断,造成堆钢事故。经设计采用顶部喷淋压雾、底部收集,混流风机导出厂外的方式,减少了雾气污染,降低了设备事故。 It produced a great deal of vapors during the production in the 800 thousand -tons bars workshop of KISC. The vapors are harmful to the operators and the safety of the equipments at the same time causing the No. 3 flying-shear signals interrupt and the bars stockpiling. Through the technicians designed, it adopted from the top spray water to press the vapors and collecting from the bottom then using the exhaust fan gave off the vapors to the outside of the workshop. It reduced the pollution of the vapor and decreased the accidents of the equipments.
