摘要
运用宏观检验,成分化验、金相、扫描电镜及X射线衍射多种技术手段,系统分析了炼钢厂烟罩冷却水管的失效原因,结果表明,冷却水管失效的主要原因是含氧冷却水在氯离子和硫酸根离子作用下的点蚀,随着内壁点蚀坑深度不断增加,而管壁因烟气冲刷不断减薄,最终腐蚀至管壁通透从而导致冷却水泄漏。
A systematic failure analysis of water pipe of cooling gas hood of converter was carried out by using macroscopic check, chemical test, metallographic examination, SEM and XRD analysis. Results showed that the main cause of the failure was pitting corrosion of the inner pipe surface via cooling water which was induced by solute oxygen, chloride and sulfate ions. As the pits went deeper as the pipe-wall become thinner due to the erosion of converter gas, perforation and leakage eventually occurred.
