摘要
文中采用了国际上最新光电传感器,利用其特殊的伏安、传输特性,取代了614 系列稳压器中的电真空二极管2D2P,设计了一个线路对614 系列作了改进,解决了614 系列电子交流稳压器使用中的瓶颈问题。文中改进电路的设计依靠了充分的理论依据和实验实测数据。
series of electronic Alternating Voltage Stabilizer used to insure the normal utilization of instruments and computer system in scientific research, medical treatment, education, and normal utilization of producing equipment in modern industry before the 1980s. They used to be in large possession in the society. With the development and application of new technology and new components, the 614 series of electronic alternating voltage stabilizers look backward because of the limitation of the competence of some components, and some of the components needed in the series are unavailable and the cost of using is quite high, therefore lots of the stabilizers of this series have become out of use. In the essay with the special volt-ampere and transmitting characteristics utilized the most advanced photoelectric transducer in the world is adopted to replace the electronic vacuum diode 2D2P in the series of voltage stabilizers. A circuit is designed to improve this series, solving the most difficult problem in using the series of voltage stabilizers. The designs to improve the electrocircuit in the essay is based on sufficient theoretical foundation and experiment date measured.
