摘要
中国体育属于典型后发性体育,体育社团缺乏自下而上的群众基础,先天发育不足.目前,中国体育社团的现状呈现缺乏独立性、职能错位、资源差异明显、目标政绩化、合理性和合法性冲突以及横向联系缺失等特点.从体育的时代发展趋势看中国体育社团的未来将为我们提供一种整体性和前瞻性的观点.
Chinese sports are of the post-development sports and the sports associations are lack of bottom-up base.The present problems of Chinese sports associations are lack of independence,dislocation of functions,distinctive resource differences,goals measures through political measures,conflict rationality and legitimacy,and lack of horizontal linkages.Viewing the future of Chinese Sports Association from the development trend of the times will provide us with a holistic and forward-looking perspective.
