摘要
教师的知识准备,是新课程实施的重要因素.以函数作为测试内容,考察职前数学教师用于教学的数学知识准备状况,结果表明:职前数学教师的学科知识和学科教学知识都存在不同程度的缺陷,学科知识的不足影响了学科教学知识的发展.为此,职前数学教师需要加强学科知识的学习,进一步发展学科教学知识,使二者达到一定程度的平衡,并做到有机融合.
Teachers' knowledge preparation is an important factor of the implementation of the new mathematics curriculum.The pre-service mathematics teachers' preparation on mathematics knowledge for teaching on the topic of function has been explored.The results showed that there is a limitation of pre-service mathematics teachers' subject matter knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge,and pre-service mathematics teachers' pedagogical content knowledge was influenced by their subject matter knowledge.The pre-service mathematics teachers,thus,need to enforce their subject matter knowledge,develop their pedagogical content knowledge,and keep them balanced.
