农村饮水安全工程评价指标研究与系统开发

The Evaluation Index and System Development of Rural Drinking Water Safety Project

采用Delphi-AHP法构建了立项评价指标体系和后评价指标体系,确定了各层次指标权重,评价方法根据指标的性质选用语言化模糊综合评价模型。在此基础上,开发了基于Visual FoxPro开发平台的农村饮水安全工程评价系统,实现工程基本信息数据管理、工程立项评价和工程后评价等功能。采用该评价系统软件对典型工程实例进行后评价并对评价结果分析比较,针对存在的问题提出农村饮水安全工程建设的相关建议,对同类工程的建设与管理具有一定的参考价值。

This paper establishes project evaluation index system and post-evaluation index system,determines the target weigh of each layer by Delphi-AHP method,and chooses the linguistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to index characteristic to evaluate.On this basis,the evaluation system of rural drinking water safety project based on Visual FoxPro development platform is developed,which can realize date management function of project basic information,project evaluation,post-evaluation and other functions.The paper uses this evaluation system software to carry out post-evaluation to typical project examples,compares evaluation results,puts forward related recommendations of rural drinking water safety project construction in accordance with the existing problems,which have certain reference value for the construction and management of similar projects.
