论高职院校服务区域经济社会发展的机制创新

服务区域经济社会发展是高职院校的主要功能定位,围绕这一功能定位的机制创新是推动高职院校服务能力可持续发展的关键。通过分析高职院校服务功能的要素及其内涵与层次,明确服务供给机制创新的重点与方向。从政府、企业和高职院校三者的整体视角来考察机制创新问题,通过创新区域内政策安排,形成区域内高职教育与经济社会协调发展的格局;加强供需沟通,构建服务需求表达机制和反应机制;关注服务对象需求,形成完善的多元化服务供给机制。

Serving regional economic and social development is the main function of vocational colleges. Mechanism innovation oriented around this function, is the key point to promote higher colleges sustainable serving capabilities. Through analyzing the elements, contents and levels of its serving functions, we can define the focus and directions of colleges serving mechanism innovation. Weshall inspect the problem of mechanism innovation from the overall perspective of government , enterprise and school to form the coordinated development pattern of vocational education and economic society by innovating policy arrangement within the region. We should enhance communication between supply and demand, set up services demand expression reflecting mechanism, concern clients needs, form the diversification mechanism of service supply.
