鞭炮(花炮)引线全自动捻线机控制器的研制

摘要 传统鞭炮(花炮)捻线机多为手工操作,工效低,不安全,质量也不稳定,近年来生产的捻线装置也存在机构复杂、工作方式单一和人机交互不便等缺点。针对这些问题,课题组研制了一种全自动捻线机控制器。本文介绍了该捻线机控制器的设计,包括:硬件设计、软件设计等,硬件电路采用ATMEGA128单片机作为控制核心并融合各种接口技术和专用集成芯片设计而成,软件程序用C语言写成。该捻线机控制器,既可以预先设定多种规格或型号的引线,又可以根据用户需要随时设置新型引线。捻线机控制器具有自动化程度高、成本低、体积小等优点。 Traditional fireworks twisters are mostly manual machines with low working efficiency, unsafe and unstable quality. In recent years, new twister also exists some defects as complex routing devices, singular work pattern and interactive inconvenience between human and machine. To solve this problem, we developed a fully automatic twister controller. This article discusses the design of twister controller, including hardware design, software design and so on. The hardware circuit was taken ATMEGA128 micro--controller as the controller, integrated with a variety of interface technology and specific integrated chip. Software programs were written by language C. The twister controller can not only preset various models of lead, but also set a new lead based on users needs at any time. The twister controller possesses a lot of merits as highly automated, low cost, small size.
