国内外新形势对我国领导干部价值观生成提出了一系列的基本要求,必须坚持科学发展观作为领导干部价值观生成的基本价值取向,按照建立社会主义和谐社会的要求重塑领导伦理理念和领导价值观,将致力于建设法治社会作为领导干部价值观生成的重要价值追求,在推进服务型政府建设中强化领导干部价值观生成。

The new situation at home and abroad has imposed a series of primary requirements on the leading cadres of our country in developing their values. This means that they should adhere to the scientific concept of development as the basic value orientation of the development of their fundamental value system, that they should remold their ethical ideas and value systems as leaders at the request of the construction of a harmonious society and that they should take the dedication to building a society ruled by law as the important value pursuit, and strengthen the development of their values as leading cadres while propelling the construction of the service-oriented government.
